Abstract： According to the characteristics of permeability, gas release and sealing, stainless steel and red copper are suitable for sampling container materials of gas, noble gas isotope samples and water, while craft glass containers, especially quartz glass containers, should be avoided as far as possible. Barite, chalcopyrite, pyrite and other sulfates and sulfides are good experimental objects to study the characteristics of noble gas isotopic composition of single mineral inclusions. Appropriate single minerals can also be selected according to the type of deposit. The grain size is generally 20～40 mesh and the mass is about 2 g. The cold welding method of copper tube is a new and reliable method for sampling water samples, which has a very low leakage rate. The sample volume is generally 50 mL, which can be used to determine the isotopic composition and content of noble gases, providing a strong support for isotope tracing of dissolved noble gases in water. The positive pressure purge method is used to collect the bubble gas in water. The method is easy to operate and easy to collect gas. Under one atmospheric pressure, the sampling volume is 50 mL. The use of stainless steel tube, copper tube and other metal materials can ensure that the sample can be stored for a relatively long time to avoid atmospheric pollution. The main principle and process of noble gas isotopic composition analysis of mineral inclusion, water and gas samples were briefly described.
